We price the job as a whole rather than unit by unit. Once we know your quantities and the mix of sizes, we apply a volume rate across the whole order, so the last window on the job is priced the same as the first. Send us your window schedule and we will quote it in one go.
Yes — supply only is available for trade customers, where you or your own installer handle the fit. We can also arrange installation through our installer network if you would rather we did. Either way it is priced clearly and separately.
Yes. For multi-stage jobs we can deliver in the order you need the openings completed, so you are not storing a pallet of windows on site for six weeks. Tell us your program and we will work to it.
Yes. Consistency matters on a build — a colour variation between the windows in the front elevation is the kind of thing a client notices immediately. We will confirm the frame finish and glass specification in writing before production.
In-stock standard sizes are usually available immediately. Made-to-order and non-standard sizes take longer and depend on the current production schedule, so we will give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one. We do not commit to dates we cannot control.
